When you search, using Google, it can be overwhelming. The numbers of results that you get can number in the millions. However if you use Google Directories it is organized by category. When I searched for the children’s author Mercer Mayer on the regular Google Search page I get 1,030,000. But using the Google Directory search page within the category Kids and Teens I found 2 results that only pertained to what I wanted. It is a great way to cut down on useless searches. Give it a try.
