Are you a better typist than you are a mouser? The more you keep your hands in one place, like the keyboard, the faster you will be. If that is true the more keyboard options you know will speed you up. Now I typically teach about the common keyboard shortcuts like copy and paste and so on but there are far more than you will ever be able to remember. My recommendation find actions you do with the mouse all the time and start looking for keyboard shortcuts, don’t try to memorize them though. Just start using them and it will come with time.
