You have just gotten home from work and you are exhausted but you need to make a quick phone call to a company to correct a small problem. Twenty minutes go by and you haven’t spoken to a human. You couldn’t be more frustrated. Is there a way to get though this labyrinth without hearing how much they appreciate your business for the 100th time?
