“It isn't writing at all - it's typing” Truman Capote

. I am not the greatest typist on the planet so most times I look at the keyboard while I type. I look up and notice that I left Caps Lock on and everything is in capital letters. In the past I have erased all the information but there is an easier way. If you are in Microsoft Word select all the text abd then click the Format menu, choose change case and a menu will appear. You can choose all sorts of cases. To make the change from capitals to lowercase just choose lowercase and press OK.Give it a try!
